Please be aware that by
registering your child for Vacation
Bible School at Shore Haven Lutheran
Church, you are granting Shore Haven the right to photograph your
child and use the picture or other reproductions of his/her physical likeness
(still photographs, motion picture film, and/or video). These may be used in connection with the
exhibition (theatrical, broadcast, etc.) of any motion picture and may also be
incorporated in the advertising and/or publicizing of any such motion picture
without compensation, monetary gain or otherwise. You further give Shore Haven the right to
reproduce any recording of his/her voice.
